What to report

Use this channel for any concern related to VroomBrick’s services, technology, partners, or operations.

  • •Ethics: conflicts of interest, harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional conduct.
  • •Fraud: misrepresentation, false claims, or deceptive practices in connection with VroomBrick.
  • •Security: vulnerabilities, suspected data exposure, or unauthorized access.
  • •Misconduct: any other behavior by an employee, partner, contractor, or service provider that doesn’t meet our standards.
  • •Compliance concerns: potential legal, regulatory, or policy violations.

Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation

Reports are received and reviewed by VroomBrick’s ethics and compliance team. We treat every submission confidentially and only share information with those who need to know to investigate. Retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith — whether anonymous or named — is strictly prohibited and will itself be treated as a serious violation.

VroomBrick maintains this anonymous reporting channel as part of our SOC 2 compliance program (control CPL-2). Reports may be submitted anonymously and are reviewed by the ethics and compliance team. This page does not log analytics, sessions, or other tracking that could deanonymize a reporter.
